Kali ini, seminar bertema “Menjadi Pengusaha Tangguh di Era Modern” digelar dengan menghadirkan narasumber istimewa, Ibu Thorida Nur Asih. Beliau merupakan seorang pengusaha sukses di bidang souvenir murah Bojonegoro sekaligus dosen di Universitas Giri (UNIGIRI) Bojonegoro.

In the enthusiastic seminar, Ibu Thorida, known as Ibu Rida, shared her struggles and ups and downs in starting a business. Since childhood, Ibu Rida has had aspirations different from those around her. While her family encouraged her to become a civil servant (PNS), she instead chose a different path: becoming an entrepreneur.

It was this strong spirit and determination that ultimately led Ibu Rida to establish her souvenir business. Her path wasn't always smooth. She faced various challenges, from limited capital to constantly evolving marketing strategies.

In her account, Mrs. Rida explained that she recruited housewives as employees, hoping to empower their families economically.
