Discover who we are

YAHQI Islamic Boarding School is located in the Ngasem area of Bojonegoro. Founded and led by Abuya Mohammad Wahyudi, this Islamic boarding school aims to produce a generation of Quran memorizers with noble morals and a strong mentality, who will be successful in life and their endeavors.

YAHQI's educational focus extends beyond memorizing the Quran and studying the hadith and the works of the early generations. It also encompasses life skills relevant to current developments, such as public speaking, entrepreneurship, and mastery of four foreign languages—Arabic, English, Mandarin, Japanese, and even refined Javanese.

Here, students are taught not only knowledge but also morals, discipline, and the spirit to continuously grow and develop. Education at YAHQI is comprehensively designed to shape a generation that is religious and globally competitive.

Some of its flagship programs include:

Memorizing the Quran, hadith, and the books of the Salaf.
Leadership, public speaking, entrepreneurship.
Passport application, student exchange programs abroad, Umrah and Tasmi' (recitation of the 30 Juz) in Mecca and Medina.

Peace be upon you, and Allah’s mercy and blessings. Praise be to Allah SWT, Rabb of the worlds. Shalawat and greetings are poured out to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, the role model of the people in knowledge, deeds and morals.

With gratitude, we present YAHQI Islamic Boarding School With great gratitude, we present the YAHQI Islamic Boarding School as an effort to develop a Qur’an generation that not only memorizes, but also practices the Qur’an in life.

We founded this Islamic boarding school with a strong urge to produce people who are intelligent in science, clean in morals, and ready to become leaders in the future.

At YAHQI, students are not only guided in memorizing the Quran and Hadith, and studying the books of the Salaf, but also equipped with life skills and language skills. This blend of Salaf and modern approaches is the hallmark of our Islamic boarding school. salaf and modern This is what characterises our pesantren.

Including leadership skills, entrepreneurship, public speaking, AI, coding, daily communication in 4 international languages, digital marketing and others are mandatory daily materials that must be honed by every student.

Our History

THROUGH TIME

YAHQI Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools in Bojonegoro founded on the da'wah spirit of Abuya Mohammad Wahyudi. Armed with a strong Salaf educational background and experience in various Islamic educational institutions, he pioneered YAHQI as a Modern Salaf Islamic Boarding School that combines memorization of the Qur'an and Al-Hadith, Salaf books, moral development, mastery of 9 foreign languages, leadership, public speaking, entrepreneurship, and others.

Since the beginning, YAHQI has been committed to becoming a Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School and Language Boarding School that not only focuses on knowledge, but also on the character and skills of the students. With a relevant approach and a curriculum that continues to develop, YAHQI has tread the path to becoming one of the best Islamic boarding schools in the Bojonegoro area and its surroundings.

OF THE HEAD OF THE PESANTREN

Moh. Wahyudi is a lecturer and author of Islamic and social books, several of which have been published by publishers in Surabaya, Bandung, and Jakarta. Since the 4th grade of elementary school, he has been studying the Qur’an and Tajwid specifically under KH. DZUL HILMI GHOZALI, Al-Hafizh (Grand Imam of Ampel Mosque, Surabaya). He then continued his studies at Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Sukorejo, Pasuruan, as well as at MAQDIS (Ma’had Al-Qur’an dan Dirosah Islamiyah) Bandung and also at LBIQ (Institute of Language and Qur’anic Sciences) Jakarta.

He is also the Founder, Owner, and President Director of several institutions, including: 1) YAHQI (Yayasan Hafizh Qur’an Indonesia), 2) LPDU (Lembaga Pengelola Dana Umat), 3) PGTPQ (a one-year free program for Qur’an teachers), 4) Pesantren Hafizh Qur’an Hadith and Master of 9 International Languages (Junior/Senior High School/Vocational School/University) with the concept of memorizing the Qur’an 30 Juz, mastering Qiroatus Sab’ (Seven Modes of Recitation), mastering classical Islamic texts, excelling in leadership and entrepreneurship, and daily communication in 4 languages: Arabic (Morning), Mandarin (Afternoon), Japanese (Evening), English (Night), plus French, German, Korean, Russian, and Spanish according to the schedule, and Javanese (refined) specifically on Fridays, 5) SD IHS (Islamic Home Schooling) with the concept that by Grade 5–6, students memorize the Qur’an 30 Juz and master 3 international languages, 6) Baitul Maal Hafizh Qur’an, 7) Aqiqah Hafizh Qur’an, 8) Sharia Financial Institution of East Java (National 1st Winner), 9) Chief Commissioner of Da’wah Radio and TV, 10) YBC (YAHQI’s Business Center), 11) YAHQI’s Mart, 12) YAHQI’s Hotel, 13) YAHQI’s Foodcourt, 14) Pesantren Kids, 15) YAHQI’s Training Center, 16) one of 100 Indonesian Cooperative Leaders, and many more.
