General Election OSQI: New leaders with new enthusiasm

Following the candidate debate on Friday, October 3rd, the most anticipated moment arrived: the OSQI (YAHQI Islamic Boarding School Student Organization) General Election. This culminating event was held enthusiastically at the Al-Araf and Al-Furqon Dormitories, with all the students participating enthusiastically.

The MC opened the series of events, followed by a Quran recitation and the singing of the YAHQI March. The atmosphere grew even more lively when the previous OSQI President Director delivered a speech. He also expressed his appreciation for the hard work of all recruits and expressed high hopes for the next leadership successor.

Each candidate delivered a speech outlining their vision and mission, while their respective campaign teams opened with enthusiastic chants and slogans. Following the election process, two new leaders were elected: Isnah Muthoharoh as President Director of the Al-Araf Dormitory and Faza Hestyana Rachmadita as President Director of the Al-Furqon Dormitory.

The Islamic Boarding School's caretaker led the oath of office, marking the official inauguration of the two elected president directors. In their remarks, they expressed their gratitude and affirmed their commitment to making OSPA a more active, solid, and successful organization.

At the end of the event, Abuya delivered a meaningful piece of advice, emphasizing that God gives power to whom He wills and takes it away from whom He wills. This advice served as a reminder to the new OSPA leaders to always uphold their trust with responsibility and sincerity.
