Maulid Prophet Muhammad : Students' Enthusiasm in Welcoming the Prophet's Birthday
The Prophet's birthday falls today, September 16 2024. The YAHQI Islamic Boarding School is holding a series of events to welcome the birthday of the noblest human being.
A Khotmil of the Qur'an with all students marked the beginning of the Prophet's Birthday celebration at the YAHQI Islamic Boarding School on Sunday afternoon, September 15, 2024. The students completed their recitation of the Qur'an together as a form of gratitude to commemorate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad. A solemn atmosphere enveloped the event, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and reverence at the Islamic boarding school.
A Series of Islamic Competitions Adds to the Excitement
Senin pagi, 16 September 2024. Serangkaian lomba berjalan mulai dari pukul 08.00 hingga 14.00. Lomba-lomba meliputi fashion show busana muslim, cerdas cermat islam, storytelling, dan Qiroatul Qur’an. Semua santri berpartisipasi dengan semangat, menampilkan kemampuan dan kreativitas mereka di hadapan dewan juri. Lomba-lomba ini bukan hanya sebagai ajang untuk seru-seruan. Namun, juga bertujuan untuk menjadi ajang atau wadah untuk mengasah bakat santri.
Reading of the Maulid Diba' Together with All Students
As evening approached, all the students gathered for the reading of the Maulid Diba' (The Prophet's Birthday). They recited verses praising the greatness of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and the sholawat (prayer) from the YAHQI hadrah group complemented the event. With unified voices, the students experienced this moment of togetherness as an expression of their love for the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Peak Event: Mauidhoh Khasanah and Hadroh Santri
Setelah Isya, acara puncak Maulid Nabi berlangsung dengan penuh antusiasme. Ukhti Amalia Wahyu Anggita menyampaikan mauidhoh khasanah yang tentang keteladanan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Ukhti Anggi juga mengemas materinya dengan guyonan-guyonan yang membuat acara berlangsung santai. Beliau mengingatkan pentingnya meneladani akhlak Nabi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sesekali tampilan sholawat dari hadroh YAHQI menjadi selingan ceramah dari Ukhti Anggi. Sebelum acara berakhir tidak lupa gemblengan penutup dari Abuya Moh. Wahyudi, pengasuh pesantren menjadi pelengkap acara malam ini.
The celebration of the Prophet's birthday is not only an event to commemorate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad, but also a moment to strengthen togetherness, self-reflection, and instill love for the Prophet Muhammad SAW.
