International Webinar with Dr. Rima from Uzbekistan
Bojonegoro (YAHQI) — The YAHQI Islamic Boarding School is once again presenting an international learning program through a special online webinar. This event featured Dr. Rima Sotlikova from New Uzbekistan University. She also teaches at Webster University in Tashkent. The webinar carried the theme "How to Be a Role Model in Shaping Education and Leadership Standards." This theme was chosen because it aligns with current educational needs.
The webinar, held via Zoom, was attended enthusiastically by the students. They followed the presentations from the beginning with rapt attention. The learning atmosphere felt lively and interactive. Many students asked questions to deepen their understanding. The discussion developed dynamically throughout the session.
English-language webinar
A highlight was the use of English during the webinar. Dr. Rima delivered all the material in English. She also answered students' questions clearly in English. The students strove to understand each explanation seriously, asking and answering questions in English. This experience provided hands-on training in their international language skills. The interaction made the learning environment more engaging and challenging.
In her explanation, Dr. Rima emphasized the importance of strong character in leadership. She explained that leaders must lead by example through concrete actions.
