Welcoming New Students at YAHQI Islamic Boarding School in 2025
On Sunday, July 20, 2025, the YAHQI Islamic Boarding School held a welcoming ceremony for new students at the YAHQI 3 Ngraci Islamic Boarding School in Ngasem, Bojonegoro. This year, 24 new students officially joined the YAHQI Islamic Boarding School family.
Before arriving at the main event location, the students were first directed to the YAHQI 1 Central Boarding School. There, they submitted their administrative documents and checked their belongings. Furthermore, the committee members on duty at YAHQI 1 were ready to assist with various tasks, such as carrying luggage, checking for attire that complied with the boarding school's regulations, and organizing the students' closets.
Following this, upon arrival at YAHQI 3, the committee members were ready to welcome the students and guide them through the administrative payment process. They then participated in a series of welcoming ceremonies that ran from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. WIB.

The event continued with a good Islamic sermon from Abuya KH. Mohammad Wahyudi. In his advice, Abuya provided important messages for the students and their guardians.
He reminded the guardians not to worry too much about their children's future.
"Don't worry about your daughter's future. Many people who only attend boarding schools, or even formal education, can succeed through their own paths. Because school isn't the only guarantee of success. Character and ability are the key. And at YAHQI, the curriculum we've designed, God willing, combines religious knowledge, life skills, and values needed in society, which aren't necessarily taught in public schools."
After delivering the advice, Abuya opened a question-and-answer session for the guardians, before closing the event with a prayer. The event concluded with a procession of visits from the guardians to Abuya, a symbolic gesture of trust in their daughters' education.
Thus, the welcoming ceremony for new students has concluded. The new students have now officially begun their education at the YAHQI Islamic Boarding School. May all students navigate their days at the boarding school with enthusiasm, patience, and strong determination.
